After School Adventure Club
School Year Programs
After school care is currently available for our Toronto Nature School students as well as Williamson Road Public School, Adam Beck PS , St. Denis, Balmy Beach Public School. If you do not attend one of these schools, kids are welcome to meet us at a prearranged meeting spot.
Join us for an engaging after school outdoor adventure and walk! The focus of this program is getting kids outdoors to learn and play at the beach and in the forest. During this time we will help kids foster a relationship with the land by learning about the natural world around them and having fun along the way.
On colder or rainy days we will be outside so please check the weather for the full day to ensure you pack the right clothing for after school!
A healthy snack will be provided.
This program runs Monday- Friday following the TDSB School Calendar. Before and After Care program will not run on TDSB PA Day, School Holidays.
AGES: JK–Grade 5
TIME: 3:00 (or school dismissal) – 5:30 pm with pick up @ 2245 Queen Street East.
PRICING:
- 1 day/week: $185/month
- 2 days/week: $330/month
- 3 days/week: $455/month
- 4 days/week: $555/month
- 5 days/week: $655/month
Do you need both before and after care programs. We offer a special pricing package for Before and After Care combo.
5 days of Before and After Care $870/month
4 days of Before and After Care $700/ month
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Last month’s payment is due upon registration. Preauthorized payments will begin on September 1st and will be charged on the first of every month until May 1st. The cost of the program is consistent across the 10 month period of the program and is calculated based on 20 days per month.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable payment equivalent to one month’s fees is required upon checkout. This payment will be allocated towards the final month of fees, specifically for the month of June. Should you wish to withdraw from the program prior to June 30 days written notice prior to the next payment date ( the 1st of the month) is required. This notice should be sent to hello@torontonatureschool.ca. Upon withdrawal, your initial payment will be applied towards your last month of fees.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note you are signing up for a specific day/ days of the week. Spaces are limited and switching days once the program has started will only be permitted if there is space available on that day.
TNS is not a registered childcare centre. We are a private school. We are currently enrolled and working towards our High Five Certification. We offer this program through the lens of outdoor education and skill building.
